Coffee Mexico Maragogype Tapachula As different as the aromas of the different coffee types from all over the world may be, the coffee beans all have more or less the same size. Only the Arabica type has two exceptions which are the consequence of an accidental mutation: the round-shaped pearl bean and our Maragogype Tapachula, the elephant or giant bean. It is approximately by one third bigger than usual coffee beans. Its name is derived from the small town within the North Brazilian province of Bahia, where it was discovered in 1876. Mexicos best Maragogype beans come from the warmer Chiapas region in the south of the country, near the border to Guatemala. Also our Maragogype originates near the town of Tapachula. The Mexican Maragogype types have a fine, well-balanced flavor. Coffee lovers easily become enthusiastic about a cup of Mexico Maragogype Tapachula. The Maragogype bean makes a very harmonic, soft and perumed coffee. Coffee Best of Brazil Capim Branco Capim Branco The Capim Branco is renowned as one of the most traditional and oldest plantation coffees in the world. Since 1901, delicate premium coffees on the highest level have been cultivated, processed and shipped to many countries in the world. This plantation lies on an altitude of 1,100 m in the Cerrado region close to the city of Carmo de Paranaiba. Like other Brazilian coffees, the Capim Branco is naturally mild in taste. However, its intensive body and its sweet aroma, which reminds of roasted hazelnuts, make it very special. You simply must try this coffee without milk and sugar!
